Rototilt® and Norm Engineering Expand Business in New Zealand

Setting up Norm Engineering as the distributor for Rototilt's tiltrotator system in Australia, proved to be a great success. “There is a great interest for the tiltrotator in Australia and we are ecstatic that we are able to offer the best product available in the world” says, John Pesch, General Manager of Norm Engineering. Through the success of the Norm Engineering/Rototilt partnership and the expansion of Norm Engineering’s business overseas, it has been a natural progression for Norm Engineering to become the Rototilt Distributor in New Zealand. With onsite training at Rototilt in Sweden, Norm Engineering has the technical knowledge to support both new and existing Rototilt customers.  As a local business Norm Engineering, based in Brisbane, will offer both Australia and New Zealand outstanding service, sales, and support.

The use of tiltrotators on excavators is common in the Nordic countries, but in Australia and New Zealand interest has only begun to grow in recent years. More and more contractors are now discovering the benefits of 360° rotation and 40° tilting of their tools, as well as increased safety on the worksite and being able to do more in less time, with only one machine.

“We are really happy to continue our expansion together with Norm Engineering. For the New Zealand market this means providing the right support in terms of sales and service”, says Daniel Thomas, Export Development Manager at Rototilt Group AB.

Norm Engineering manufactures and sells earthmoving attachments for skid steers, track loaders, excavators, telehandlers, and backhoes for the Australian market, and are now entering New Zealand as well.

Norm Engineering has welcomed Nick Thompson as part of the team.  Nick is based in New Zealand and has over 35 years’ industry experience.

“I am incredibly excited to be able to expand our reach with the Rototilt products in New Zealand. The collaboration so far in the Australian market has been fantastic and we look forward to offering the same great product and exceptional service in New Zealand”, says John Pesch, General Manager of Norm Engineering.
