SPARE PARTS INTERPRETER & ADMINISTRATION

Purpose of the Position
In this customer facing and over the phone customer service role, this individual will be finding and identifying parts for customers and providing effective solutions for the delivery to the customer. Additionally, they will ensure that all parts orders and inquiries are processed in a timely and accurate manner. This position is also responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support.

BOILERMAKER
Location

General Scope of the Role
- Repair or replacement of products and parts;
- MIG welding;
- Assemble and install hydraulic hoses & components as per engineering drawings,
- Plan a routine task for a repair or interpret engineering drawings
- Appropriate PPE is used at all times,
- Assistant and help with various other jobs including the ability to operate, maintain and work safely with hand tools, small plant and equipment as instructed by supervisor.
- Ensure working area is uncluttered, floors are clean, dry and unobstructed
- Work with minimal supervision and demonstrate an internal customer focus to ensure accurate performance to achieve cost, quality and timeliness of service and production,
- Demonstrate the ability to perform physical/manual labouring tasks related to a welder in a safe manner.
- Follow directions given by General Manager.
SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Purpose of the Position
In this customer facing role, this individual will be responsible for maintaining the operations of the Victorian sales and assisting with management of the Melbourne branch. This position is responsible for the growth of the company through identifying all business opportunities and developing and maintaining strong customer and industry relationships. Conversing with customers in regards to potential, current or previous orders, dealing with sales enquiries and ensure all functions are handled in an efficient and complete manner. This role also provides office support to handling sales customers, procedures and outstanding orders.
